Material for the product requirements

Select diaper-pack material for its volume and closure method. For wet wipes, agree lotion contact and moisture-retention requirements separately; share the composition or material requirements from the wipe manufacturer.

Measure diapers in the arrangement used for packing. For wipes, account for the horizontal shape, seals and opening area. Describe filling and closure to agree a bag or web for your line.

Printing on the agreed format

For diapers, define text on the bulky pack panel; for wet wipes, plan print for the horizontal shape and opening area. The opening design is agreed separately. You can enquire without finished artwork: share the required names and text, a preferred style or a sample.

Questions before ordering

What details are needed for a diaper pack?

State the item count, folded-group dimensions and packing method. A photo or sample helps agree volume, opening and closure area.

How does selection differ for wet wipes?

Along with stack dimensions and line details, share the lotion composition and moisture-retention requirements. Agree material, seals and opening position separately.

Can I enquire without finished artwork?

Yes. Known dimensions, thickness and quantity help with a quotation; if undecided, start with your product. For artwork development, share a preferred style, reference or sample.

When does the manufacturing lead time start?

The usual packaging manufacturing lead time is 30 calendar days from prepayment. With agreed deferred payment, it starts when the specification is signed. This is manufacturing time, not delivery time.
