Packaging equipment
Meters free-flowing product into a prepared Doy-pack, Stabilo or flat-bottom bag. The semi-automatic process includes automatic sealing and discharge of the filled bag. Single-head and two-head weighing configurations are available separately.
MPPFO 21 — semi-automatic prepared-bag packing
The machine operates semi-automatically. Operator workflow and tooling are agreed for your product and bag; automatic sealing and discharge form part of this cycle.

Maximum output is up to 20 packs/min for the single-head configuration and up to 30 packs/min for the two-head configuration. Actual output depends on the product, dose and workflow. The other listed ranges cover series configurations; specifications and tooling for the selected machine are agreed before ordering.

MPPFO 21 uses an already manufactured bag. Compare MPPFO 14 for filling prepared containers without this sealing cycle, or MPPFO 01 for making the bag from film.
Sealing tooling is selected for one bag size. Additional tooling for other sizes is agreed separately.
This model fills and seals prepared bags. For roll film, consider a suitable film-packing machine such as MPPFO 01.
