The portion and packing line
Portion weight alone does not determine bag dimensions: snack volume and shape also matter. If the line forms bags from a roll, we need web width, winding details and equipment parameters. A photo or sample of your current packaging helps establish the format.

Artwork for the finished package
Agree the front panel, product name and required text with the package format and seal positions. For printing, share working artwork or a preferred style and sample; missing artwork does not prevent an initial enquiry.

Can a chip bag be sized from portion weight alone?
We also need approximate volume: chips of different shapes take up different amounts of space. Share a photo or sample of the product and current bag, if available.
What details are needed for nuts, edible seeds or croutons?
For nuts and edible seeds, describe product composition and storage conditions; for croutons, size, shape and the filling method. Include portion weight and volume and the line model. If roll parameters are unknown, start with a packaging photo and equipment description.
Can I enquire without finished artwork?
Yes. Known dimensions, thickness and quantity help with a quotation; if undecided, start with your product. For artwork development, share a preferred style, reference or sample.
When does the manufacturing lead time start?
The usual packaging manufacturing lead time is 30 calendar days from prepayment. With agreed deferred payment, it starts when the specification is signed. This is manufacturing time, not delivery time.
