Ready-made bags or rolls for filling

Ready-made bags are filled and closed using an agreed method. For a line that forms packaging from rolls, share the equipment details and bag format. Portion weight alone does not determine dimensions: consider volume, particle shape and space for seals as well.

Printing for a spice or range of blends

Include the spice or blend name, ingredients, weight and other required information in the artwork. Agree placement with the front panel and seals. For a range of flavours or blends, share the list of variants; add artwork or a design sample if available.

Questions before ordering

Can ground and whole spices use the same bag?

Not always. Particle size and volume can differ even at the same portion weight. Describe the product, weight, volume and filling method; share an existing packaging sample if available.

Can I order packaging for several blends?

Yes. Include the list of blends, formats, quantities and design differences in the enquiry. Material and printing are agreed for each required version.

Can I enquire without finished artwork?

Yes. Known dimensions, thickness and quantity help with a quotation; if undecided, start with your product. For artwork development, share a preferred style, reference or sample.

When does the manufacturing lead time start?

The usual packaging manufacturing lead time is 30 calendar days from prepayment. With agreed deferred payment, it starts when the specification is signed. This is manufacturing time, not delivery time.
