This policy explains what data the MASTER-PACK website receives, why it is needed, how analytics and external services work, and how to contact us about your data.

Website enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, the contact method you provide, the selected product or topic, the form language, and the address of the page from which the enquiry was sent. Depending on the form, you may also provide a company name, a description of the task, product parameters, and technical requirements.
We use this information to respond and clarify your requirements. After the fields have been checked, the website sends the enquiry to a manager through corporate email. Do not put information in a free-text field unless it is needed to discuss your order.
The enquiry form works independently of whether site analytics is enabled.
Storage and requests about your data
Enquiries are stored in corporate email. There is currently no single fixed retention period for enquiries.
You may ask what data we process about you and why, access that data, object to its processing, and request the correction of inaccurate data or the deletion of data processed unlawfully. You may also challenge the processing before the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

Visitor statistics and advertising
We use Google Analytics for statistics about visits and actions on the website, Google Ads to assess visits from advertising and relevant actions on the applicable pages, and Microsoft Clarity to analyse clicks and scrolling.
Analytics events do not include the name, contact details, company name, or message entered in an enquiry form. Field values are not used as event names or advertising parameters. Before Clarity is loaded, the website marks text and form fields for masking.
Cookies and your choice
When measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies. The website stores your analytics choice in local storage in the current browser. Ad personalisation is disabled in the website settings.
Analytics is enabled by default unless an opt-out has been saved in this browser. To change your choice, open “Site analytics” at the bottom of the homepage. If you opt out, the website stops sending its own events to Google Analytics and Clarity, tells Google not to use storage for analytics or advertising, and removes the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies available to it. This does not mean that every browser request to Google services is blocked.
Clearing site data in your browser resets the saved choice. The choice is not automatically synchronised between devices.
External services
The contact page contains a link for directions in Google Maps. The website loads an embedded Google map after a separate button is pressed. When an external map loads, the browser contacts Google and sends the technical data needed to open that resource.
