Does printing define a handle shape?

No. T-shirt, die-cut and reinforced die-cut handles are different constructions. Material and printing are chosen separately for your application.

What should I provide for the artwork?

Provide a logo or design file, bag dimensions, preferred artwork placement and quantity. Artwork suitability is checked for the agreed bag.
