Product overview

Meters moderately dusty bulk product into prepared containers. A vibrating tray feeds the weighing bucket. When the dose is reached, feeding stops and the ready indicator lights up; the operator presses a pedal to discharge the portion.

Model configuration

When the ready indicator lights up, the operator presses the pedal to discharge the dose into the positioned container. This configuration includes an enclosure and one funnel; removable connections provide access for cleaning.

Questions before ordering

When does the operator press the pedal?

Once the dose is reached, feeding stops and the ready indicator lights up. Pressing the pedal releases the portion into the positioned container.

Are 20G and the 1G semi-automatic the same model?

They are different models. 20G meters into prepared containers; the 1G semi-automatic packs in film. Selection depends on your product and required packaging.

Does the dispenser replace finished-product weight checks?

No. The dispenser is not a measuring instrument. Its passport requires 100% weight checking of the finished product; include this check in your process.
