Product overview

A floor-standing pedal press based on SHSH-4 for heat-sealing individual lids to cups up to 95 mm in diameter. Polymer-film or laminate lids need a heat-sealable layer compatible with the cup. The operator positions the filled cup and lid, moves the holder and seals using the pedal.

A prepared cup and individual lid

This is a press for prepared cups with individual lids. Roll feeding and lid punching are not part of the pictured construction. Material compatibility and seal integrity are checked using samples.

  • Cup diameter up to 95 mm; height agreed in the technical brief
  • Temperature 100–200 °C; sealing time 0.5–3 s
  • Cup dosing and filling are separate operations.
