Meters moderately dusty bulk product into prepared containers. A vibrating tray feeds the weighing bucket. When the dose is reached, feeding stops and the ready indicator lights up; the operator presses a pedal to discharge the portion.

These items organise feeding, discharge and accumulation. They are not stand-alone packaging machines.
An input node for conveying a compatible free-flowing product. It transfers product to the next unit, where suitable equipment performs dosing and packing. The feed type and connection height are selected for the product and existing equipment.

An output node in a packing line. It receives finished packages and conveys them to the next operation. Length, transfer height and the receiving surface position are agreed for the existing packing unit.

An output node for accumulating finished packages. Its rotating surface receives packages after the conveyor and makes them available at the packing team’s workstation. Selection depends on the transfer geometry and finished package format.

Selection starts with how the product behaves during feeding and dosing, not with a machine name.
Consider MPPFO 3 for grains. Specify particle size, flowability and the required portion weight.
Consider MPPFO 3 for seeds. Size, shape, fragility and the feeding method help determine the configuration.
We consider free-flowing mixes that do not stick or form lumps. Dust and caking require a separate review.
We accept sugar as an engineering selection task. A specific model and dosing unit are defined only after product review.
A solution is selected after checking fragility, shape, feeding method and the required packaging format.
Other compatible products can be considered after reviewing their dosing behaviour and production process.

Automatic MPPFO 1, 2, 3 and automatic MPPFO 1G. Dosing range and accuracy are agreed for your product and the selected configuration.
We accept these products as selection tasks. A specific solution is defined after checking product properties, feeding and the required packaging.
MPPFO 21 covers Doy-pack and other flat-bottom bags. For prepared containers, MPPFO 14 and 20G are considered with the relevant workplace conditions.
A recommended configuration and a quotation based on your task. The manager will specify the operating parameters, availability and delivery time for that configuration.
