Grains
Grains are explicitly confirmed for MPPFO 3. The final configuration depends on particle size and flow.
Automatic and semi-automatic solutions
We select an MPPFO configuration around product flow, required pack weight, packaging format and automation level. Gravimetric dosing, film packaging, premade bags or prepared containers are considered after a compatibility review.
Your application
Selection starts with how the product behaves during feeding and dosing, not with a machine name.
Grains are explicitly confirmed for MPPFO 3. The final configuration depends on particle size and flow.
Seeds are explicitly confirmed for MPPFO 3; size, shape, fragility and feeding stability still matter.
We consider free-flowing mixes that do not stick or form lumps. Dust and caking require a separate review.
We accept sugar as an engineering selection task. A specific model and dosing unit are defined only after product review.
A solution is selected after checking fragility, shape, feeding method and the required packaging format.
Other compatible products can be considered after reviewing their dosing behaviour and production process.
Compatibility
A product name alone does not define the configuration. Reliable selection needs actual properties and operating conditions.
How consistently the product moves during feeding and dosing.
Whether the product forms lumps or adheres to working surfaces.
Whether the working area and cleaning process need additional measures.
How important it is to limit mechanical impact during feeding.
The fraction affects feeding, dosing and equipment configuration.
Manual loading, a conveyor or integration with an existing line.
Packaging format
Packaging format, product properties and automation level define the solution architecture together.
MPPFO 4 provides automatic packaging into an agreed polypropylene or multilayer film.
MPPFO 21 is a semi-automatic solution for Doy-pack or another flat-bottom bag.
MPPFO 14 and 20G cover semi-automatic prepared-container scenarios; MPPFO 20G also requires agreement on workplace conditions.
MPPFO 7 is configured around the product, packaging material and technological task.
Dosing
An electronic weighing configuration is confirmed for automatic MPPFO 1, 2, 3 and the separate automatic MPPFO 1G. Product, required pack weight and packaging are reviewed before the execution is defined.
Process setup
The automation level depends on operator involvement, packaging format, feeding method and the equipment’s place in the production line.
For an integrated dosing and packaging cycle. We consider MPPFO 1, 2, 3, automatic 1G, MPPFO 4 and an MPPFO 7 configuration only within each model’s confirmed role.
For processes where an operator handles part of the cycle or a premade bag or container is used. MPPFO 21, 14 and 20G are compared against the actual workflow.
MPPFO catalogue
This is not a list of universally compatible machines. Each card states only the model role confirmed by the current catalogue.
Electronic weighing is confirmed for these four automatic models.
An automatic line for dosing and packaging compatible bulk products; the weighing configuration is selected by product, weight and format.
View modelAn automatic process with electronic gravimetric dosing and dosing units selected for the specific task.
View modelFor free-flowing products that do not stick or form lumps; grains, seeds and dry mixes are explicitly listed in the catalogue.

View modelGravimetric dosing is not claimed for these models without separate confirmation.
Automatic packaging of compatible free-flowing products into an agreed polypropylene or multilayer film.
View modelAn automatic installation configured around the product, packaging material and process; the dosing method is selected for the task.

View modelLine configuration
These items organise feeding, discharge and accumulation. They are not stand-alone packaging machines.

Feeds the product into the filling or packaging process; compatibility is selected together with the main machine.
View model

Completes the line and accumulates finished products after packaging.

We clarify the task first, review compatibility next and define the equipment configuration only after that.
Product, pack weight, packaging, automation level and line conditions.
Flow, sticking, dust, fragility, particles and the feeding method are assessed.
We determine whether a confirmed gravimetric solution fits or another configuration is needed.
Main machine, packaging format and any required auxiliary equipment.
A recommendation and commercial quotation follow once the technical conditions are clear.
Input data
More precise input data allows the configurations to be compared more meaningfully.
FAQ
No. Even for explicitly confirmed grains, seeds and dry mixes, flowability, particle size, fragility, pack weight and packaging format are required.
Automatic MPPFO 1, 2, 3 and the separate automatic MPPFO 1G. We do not claim a dosing principle for other models without engineering confirmation.
We accept these products as selection tasks. A specific solution is defined after checking product properties, feeding and the required packaging.
MPPFO 21 covers Doy-pack and other flat-bottom bags. For prepared containers, MPPFO 14 and 20G are considered with the relevant workplace conditions.
After the task is clarified: a recommended configuration, key input conditions and a commercial quotation. We do not promise unverified lead times, availability or numerical performance.
