Selection starts with how the product behaves during feeding and dosing, not with a machine name.

Grains

Grains are explicitly confirmed for MPPFO 3. The final configuration depends on particle size and flow.

Seeds

Seeds are explicitly confirmed for MPPFO 3; size, shape, fragility and feeding stability still matter.

Dry mixes

We consider free-flowing mixes that do not stick or form lumps. Dust and caking require a separate review.

Sugar

We accept sugar as an engineering selection task. A specific model and dosing unit are defined only after product review.

Pasta and snacks

A solution is selected after checking fragility, shape, feeding method and the required packaging format.

Other bulk products

Other compatible products can be considered after reviewing their dosing behaviour and production process.

Film

MPPFO 4 provides automatic packaging into an agreed polypropylene or multilayer film.

Premade bag or Doy-pack

MPPFO 21 is a semi-automatic solution for Doy-pack or another flat-bottom bag.

Prepared container

MPPFO 14 and 20G cover semi-automatic prepared-container scenarios; MPPFO 20G also requires agreement on workplace conditions.

Automatic process configuration

MPPFO 7 is configured around the product, packaging material and technological task.

Dosing

Electronic gravimetric dosing

An electronic weighing configuration is confirmed for automatic MPPFO 1, 2, 3 and the separate automatic MPPFO 1G. Product, required pack weight and packaging are reviewed before the execution is defined.

Process setup

Automatic or semi-automatic

The automation level depends on operator involvement, packaging format, feeding method and the equipment’s place in the production line.

Automatic

For an integrated dosing and packaging cycle. We consider MPPFO 1, 2, 3, automatic 1G, MPPFO 4 and an MPPFO 7 configuration only within each model’s confirmed role.

Semi-automatic

For processes where an operator handles part of the cycle or a premade bag or container is used. MPPFO 21, 14 and 20G are compared against the actual workflow.

We clarify the task first, review compatibility next and define the equipment configuration only after that.

  1. Collect input data

    Product, pack weight, packaging, automation level and line conditions.

  2. Review compatibility

    Flow, sticking, dust, fragility, particles and the feeding method are assessed.

  3. Select the dosing principle

    We determine whether a confirmed gravimetric solution fits or another configuration is needed.

  4. Build the line configuration

    Main machine, packaging format and any required auxiliary equipment.

  5. Prepare the quotation

    A recommendation and commercial quotation follow once the technical conditions are clear.

Frequently asked questions

Can a model be selected from the product name alone?

No. Even for explicitly confirmed grains, seeds and dry mixes, flowability, particle size, fragility, pack weight and packaging format are required.

Which models have confirmed gravimetric dosing?

Automatic MPPFO 1, 2, 3 and the separate automatic MPPFO 1G. We do not claim a dosing principle for other models without engineering confirmation.

Can the equipment handle sugar, pasta or snacks?

We accept these products as selection tasks. A specific solution is defined after checking product properties, feeding and the required packaging.

Can products be packed into Doy-pack or prepared containers?

MPPFO 21 covers Doy-pack and other flat-bottom bags. For prepared containers, MPPFO 14 and 20G are considered with the relevant workplace conditions.

What will I receive after an enquiry?

After the task is clarified: a recommended configuration, key input conditions and a commercial quotation. We do not promise unverified lead times, availability or numerical performance.
